Wrong size mat
Bought a four pack of frames for a good price, and the packaging states 8x8”, matted to 5x5”. Not quite. The actual matting is to 4.5x4.5”. These were to frame a gift I’d painted that was 5x5”. Rather than return and begin searching anew for the right size frame- measuring tape in hand next time- I cut the mats bigger. This is a rare size so I was happy to find such reasonably priced frames, but it would be nice if the advertised sizes were accurate.

mat is OFF WHITE
I would have been very pleased with my purchase except that the mat was off white, rather than white as advertised. The entire reason I bought it was because I needed a black frame with a WHITE mat. So now I'll have to return it and begin my search all over.

Not the advertised size
It says the mat is cut for 11x17, but the opening is really 10-3/8 x 16-3/8. My print has small borders, and too much is cut off with this mat. I'll have to return it as it's not what it advertises.

better quality than I expected
This picture frame is very sturdy and the plexiglass looks and feels like glass. I like that the back is a wood product similar to a drawer bottom and not cheap cardboard

Very wishy washy frames
I bought 7 of these frames (6 in a larger size, 1 in a smaller size). 2 of them kept falling off the command strips, so I used command hooks secure them. I have now had them up for 2 weeks, and the most problematic one came off again, taking paint off the wall where the command hook was.

More then what I expected!!
I was really excited to get this frame it is well made with glass instead of the cheaper plexiglass the Matt is really nice too.

Good Frames, REMEMBER THIS IS A PRODUCT REVIEW
First, a reminder... This is a PRODUCT REVIEW. Not a review of the store, the shipping, the improper size of the frame you ordered. Take your gripes up with the company via email or something and let them know a frame was the wrong size rather than whine about it where you should be talking about the PRODUCT.
That said, I've found these frames to be a good value. They have a nice finish and real glass. My pictures have fit well (as long as you get the right size, make sure you read the specs). Sometimes I take the white Mat out and spray paint it rather than ordering colored mats separately. Same goes for the frame. I figure, why order specific colors when you can make them any color you want?

Wrong size! it's not 5x7!!!!
How can someone promote this as a 5 x 7? it has 4.5 x 6.5 , so my photos didn't fit, of course!
