Just OK
Michaels was out of the Pigma brand I’ve always purchased for calligraphy so I got the Artist’s Loft that was in stock. It’s ok, but the black pigment isn’t as intense, the brush tip doesn’t make as perfect a stroke as Pigma.

Best bang for your buck!
Having just recently purchased one of these along with a few other brush pens, and they far exceeded my expectations! The tips are so incredible, for the price, and actually outperform a few more expensive brush pens!

Artist's Loft Brush Pen
Fun brush pen, very soft and flexible nib. Works very well and has almost exactly the same feel as the Faber-Castell soft brush (SB) pen. Takes practice to learn to control it, but the line variation is nice and the surprises you get when you accidentally push too hard are fun.

Pen works like a charm!
This pen has more than delivered on its quality and style! On paper it works perfectly, though I must add that it works just as well on canvas (I recommend using it with watercolor!)

good brush pen at a value!
I didnt expect much from these pens but wow they proved me wrong! the ink is very black and the brush tip is a good size and is not wonky. the ink also holds pretty well after erasing (pencil sketches under ink lines) I actually prefer these over the tombow and Farber castle. I use these pens to draw over pencil sketches.
