Great frame HORRIBLE packing
Michaels shipped me 4 of these frames....3 had broken glass. They were barely wrapped in a little bubble wrap and appeared to be THROWN in the box! I love the frames and they are hard to find in this style but I will have to replace the glass in each of them. I will never order online again from Michaels if this is the care put into shipping.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER THIS ONLINE???
I Love this frame. I ordered three online before Christmas and now I would like two more and can't get them online. I am handicapped and have no way to get them if I can't have them shipped to me. So as the frame gets 5 stars, your service gets zero stars. You don't make things easy for people like me. If their in at my local store, why can't I have them shipped to me???
