Great chunky knit blanket
Great yarn for making chunky knit blankets the only thing I didn’t like is I ran into a few knots throughout the skein of yarn. The other issue I had was throughout the skein some of the yarn was a lot thinner in areas. All in all it beats Walmart yarn!!

Great for making chunky blanket
I really loved this yarn because I decided I was going to make a big chunky woven blanket and this worked perfectly I did need 5 of them but it is much cheaper than buying one.

So frustrated!!
I have been using this yarn and loved it! Spend all day everyday checking for stock and it’s never available. When you have a project partly finished and can’t find anymore to finish it. If it’s true, that it is being discontinued, as someone had wrote, I don’t know why Bernat/Michaels don’t just come out and say it and let us know if they’ll be another that will replace it and will there be stock. Sorry for the rant......

Machine washable and no shedding!
I had never done any kind of knitting before; I used this (8 skeins) to hand knit a large chunky blanket. I loved it so much I made a little blanket (2 skeins) for my cat - he absolutely loves it. It’s soft, warm doesn’t shed and is machine washable! (The blanket not my cat). I am so pleased with the results! It’s quite heavy so it acts like a weighted blanket. It has quickly become my go-to during brutally cold winter weather. I can only imagine the results for someone who actually knows what they are doing could make

Extremely disappointed with this order!!
I ordered 6 balls of the teal dreams and every single ball looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse a few times. It's so dirty and faded. I've ordered this before in a different colour and was so happy with the quality of the yarn, but now I'm just disappointed and upset. I would return it, however they never have this colour in stock and was so lucky to even get the 6 skeins that I got. Still need 2 more to finish my sons blanket. Just so disappointed.

Love the yarn but Blanket Big has been discontinue
The reason you can hardly ever find colors in stock is because Bernat has discontinued Bernat BiG yarn so they are just selling off what they have left .. the replacement will be Bernat Extra which I don’t feel is as good but not up to us I guess ... so sad :(

Some bad skeins
I like the feel and weight of the yarn itself, but 3 out of 6 skeins had multiple knots to join sections of yarn. I always try to keep the joining yarn at the edges of my project, but it was impossible to do with so many in one skein. Two were so-so, one was so bad it was barely usable.
