This is an excellent shaping wire with the perfect temper and finish for most jewelry wire wrapping uses. Since it bends easily and holds its shape well, it's easy to work with. Wire is measured in gauges. The smaller the gauge number, the thicker the wire.

Decent quality & nice color

Easy wire to work with. There is a lot of wire in the package. It is a bit hard to unwrap though because of the banding the manufacturer uses to hold the wire together

Appreciate the bronze tone for wire wrapping.
Works great for wire wrapping small stones or beach glass. Breaks easily if bend too much, but given the small gauge that’s to be expected.

I searched high and low for a good quality black wire and finally found the beadalon German wire at Michael’s. I should have gone there first and saved myself a lot of running. This wire was perfect for wrapping a stone, it didn’t break and the finish didn’t flake off like other colored wire I had tried. This is a great quality wire. Thanks to Michaels I can find good quality jewelry supplies that I need. I will buy this again!
