Great color but not usable
I was so excited when I got this wire. The Hematite color is perfect for my wire wrapping projects with moonstone and labradorite. I was to say the least disappointed when I started wire wrapping and the coating of hematite peeled off. Every time I wrapped a wire around the loop it peeled off. Great color and very bad quality not suitable for wire wrapping.

Just what I needed
Had purchased a beautiful crystal chandelier, however I had extra crystals come with it, plus I had extra crystals from another chandelier that I purchased a few years back and never used the extras. I needed a flexible but thin and strong wire that wasn't silver, gold, or black. This wire came in a bronze color which the base of the chandelier was and made it very easy for me to attach the extra crystals to the chandelier and wires didn't show at all. This was the perfect wire for what I was using it for.

Plan to use in wire crochet.............
Honestly I haven't used it yet, but plan to use it in Wire Crochet. I'm teaching myself to crochet with yarn first, so soon as I have the basics with that, it's on to the wire ! I use this wire along with beads from Michaels to decorate stems of wine glasses. String a mixture of colors and different sized beads about 14-16". Starting at bottom of stem on wine glass (I use a dab of super glue to adhere), wrap around complete stem to where the "cup" of wine glass begins. Can use any color wire or beads. I then intermittently dab a bit of glue so they will not move. Results are a beautiful one-of- a-kind totally individual wine glass which also serves to differentiate from others glass!

Beadalon Wire
I always use Beadalon wire to wrap beaded silverware. I use 18 gauge on serve ware and 20 gauge on my cocktail knives. I like that it is silver plated.
