Frays
Frays a ton. Not sure if it was my wire cutters but they seem to work fine on everything else. It literally frayed so bad these little tiny wire fibers got everywhere including into my skin and it hurt so bad !

Beadalon 49 strand bead stringing wire is the only wire I use for my projects. It has flexibility yet a strong hold. I would not waste my time doing intricate beading with wire that breaks. Well worth the money!

Did you know beading wire comes in different sizes
I'd like others to know that beading wire comes in different widths depending on the size whole drilled in your bead, the weight of your bead and the stringing job you're doing. I like the nylon coated steel wire. I use it a lot in my heavier bead designs.

Product not free of defects.
I've used this particular brand and material for roughly fifteen years, unfortunately this particular experience was less than up to par.
My assumption is this was a weak or bad batch. I'm typically very satisfied with this beading wire.
In my opinion it's ts highly unlikely that this sat on the shelf too long given that its such a popular product.
My preferred beadalon wire gauges depending on application are the 49 strand .38 and the 49 strand .91 , this project only required a light duty 19 strand at best but i have a personal preference for the 49 strand and don't purchase anythingelse.
Unfortunately this was defective and due to it's fragility i lost an irreplaceable charm.
I must say i was not only devastated but furious as well.
I have never had any issues with either of these products which left me baffled and disappointed.
I assume because it was removed from the spool that i can't return it to the retailer.
Im very upset , over the years i have purchased hundreds of the 49 strand .38 and .91 no exaggeration!
I stand by this brand and highly recommend to everyone i encounter who inquiries about the finished products.
I am aware things go wrong and occasionally bad products make their way onto shelves unfortunately i was among the unlucky.

Very good drape in the necklaces I make.
With the 49 strands it gives it a nice soft drape. Easy to string through most beads. Only will buy 49 wire for my necklaces and bracelets.
