Good quality product
The cotton rope is very soft. I bought it to make macrame leaves. I will say it is not the perfect type of material to make macrame because the threads are twisted after brushing, and it impacts the look of final product. However, I do like how soft they are.

Solid macrame cord
This is a solid multi-purpose cord. I used it to macrame a couple of small projects and quickly realized this cord would serve much better on a larger project (large wall hanging or plant hanger) the cord isnt considered outdoor cord, but it is certainly strong enough to do the job. That said, it is cotton, i didnt run into any complaints on how the cord felt as I worked with it.
