Quality chain....
Chain holds good for classroom bragtags, but only a few clasps and no other ones being carried in store makes for difficult execution for behavior plans in class. Had to hunt down more clasps and order elsewhere to get plans started. Would think Michaels of all places would carry something like this....
Couldn't find anyone to ask for help that day either, normally associates are visable, but not that day.

Not enough clasps!
The ball chain is finer than the standard ball chain used with dog tags. The problem is that there are only 8 clasps for the 12 yards of chain.
I'm only keeping this because I have leftover clasps from a different purchase.

Unfortunate
The chain was perfect for necklaces but had too few connectors. Connectors should have been sold separately but unfortunately Michael's does not carry them. Had to go to Wal-Mart to get more connectors.

I like the product but you only receive 4 connectors with 12 yds. of chain. Who does that??? I had to go on line and purchase more connectors in order to use all the chain.

There's only one downside
This product is great. It's easy to use and strong but it only came with 4 connectors for 36 ft of chain. In addition, Michaels doesn't carry any connectors separate from the chain. Wouldn't have a problem if they did.

Plating Flakes off Quickly
I purchased this to use with dog tags that I made for my family. Luckily with the coupon it was a good deal cause I've had to replace the chains a few times for everyone already. I'm looking into a better alternative for long term usage cause this isn't it.

Green Neck
Turned my husband's neck green. I was looking for a ball chain, Michael's was my first thought for a local stop, & I didn't have time to order one online through another shop. He wears a chain with a cross and some religious medals on it that broke after a car accident. He was headed out of town and wanted to be able to wear them. Package said it was nickel free, but didn't give any other specs that I see online (rhodium-plated brass). Neck = green by the end of the day. Wasted $10 + taxes.
