Just what I need!
I've been buying these beads from Michael's for many years. I make and sell turtle jewelry out of them and give a percentage of the profits to the California Turtle club. Unfortunatley, the quality of the beads vary from time to time so I usually pick them up in the store versus ordering them online so I can see what I'm getting.

Decent enough beads for the price
The color in the photos is true to life. The detail on the turtle shell is minimal and inconsistent throughout the beads. They work for what I wanted to use them for (bracelets).

Great for rosaries, label material
I use these turtle beads for my Anglican rosaries that I sell online. Customers like them best of any rosaries I make. However, I like to accurately describe what materials I use. While these are called turquoise it is not clear if that refers to the stone or merely the color. I wish labeling were better so I would know whether it is simply turquoise plastic or some other material, or whether it is actual reconstituted turquoise gemstone. Proper labeling matters.

These beads are of excellent quality and very fairly-priced. I made a necklace using the large turtle as the focal bead and two small turtles along with jasper beads strung on brown macrame cords to create a necklace as a gift for a friend who was very pleased with it. I am making another for another friend's birthday.
