Alphabet beads
Not happy. There were only 2 n's but 6 z's and the same with the m's. Imwas making brackets with my 4 year old great niece and she wa so upset we couldn't spell mommy since there was only 1 m. And her sisters name since there was only 2 n's. not a good day!!

Does Not Contain As Many Letters As Expected
The package says it contains 340 assorted alphabet beads. Before purchasing the package, I noticed a large number of pony beads in addition to the alphabet beads. I figured I could live with some pony beads as long as the package contained mostly alphabet beads. The package contained only 142 alphabet beads! So the package of 340 alphabet beads has more pony beads than
alphabet beads. Some of the pony beads are very tiny, so they are somewhat hidden among the other beads. In addition, a few of the "alphabet beads" have a heart stamped on instead of a letter.

Great if you want to spell "JJJJQQQQXXXXVVVZZZZ"!!
The variety of letters that come in these bags is bizarre! Ideally, there should be MORE of the most-popular letters (B, C, D, J, K, L, M, N, R, S, T) and vowels. At the very least, there should be the same number of everything. The fact is that the letters are disproportionately in favor of some of the LEAST likely ones needed, e.g. Q, V, X. I would guess that the "oddball" letters outnumbered the rest of the alphabet about 5 to 1! What I can't figure out is why they would manufacture them in such strange ratios--unless it's deliberate to make you buy multiple bags!! I had to buy FOUR bags to scrounge up enough of the needed letters to complete my little project! Example: There were 9 L's" between 4 bags (I needed 10 and had to improvise the last one as I was NOT going to buy a FIFTH bag to get the last L!!) The third-most-popular consonant is "M" and it took 4 bags to get the 12 I needed (averaging 3 per bag).
Another concern is the quality of the lettering. Certain letters (I, T, L) were consistently imprinted so badly that several were completely unusable. They are really cute and my project turned out reasonably well but they didn't make it easy ... nor affordable. What should have been a simple little craft project took 3 trips to the store and cost 2-3 times more than expected. Very disappointing.
I would NOT buy these again and cannot recommend them.
