This product came to me a little rough
As with all the wood products you really have to look for the good ones. This one was not one of those. It has cracks in the wood around the mirror but I was keeping it for myself so I used it anyway! It looks alright now that it’s finished. I put magnets in the drawer and top to keep them from opening up and dumping the contents all over. I like this little box. It’s not the first one I’ve bought.

This is a charming little box!
I haven't painted this yet, but this is a cute little box! There is a mirror in the lid & a little insert with four compartments in the top that you can take out. So many ways you could paint this!

This product is great for wood burning on.
I wood burned a under water sea picture wrapped around with a sea turtle, octopus, fish & coral. Then add 4 coats of polyurethane and you have a wonderful gift for a female jewelry box.

Very nice box, needed gentle sanding but took acrylic paint well. Also purchased felt to line the boxy.
