The product is great and I wouldn't use any other 1 in my business.The trying to order it is a nightmare On your website.I was getting ready to review my order And had no place to increase it. It looks great but doesn’t move.
The hands don’t move...the hour hand isn’t tight enough to stay in place, and the second hand only moves about a set of numbers and then sits there.
My clock turned out great!! Now to get it ticking....probably will be getting a new kit in the long run...bummed...

This was really a good buy. My old clock hands unit stopped working so we got this one at a great price. The hands are beautifully crafted and the install was simple and easy. I will buy another one for my larger clock.

Missing a part
Opened the kit only to discover that the nut that is supposed to hold the minute hand is missing. Have not been able to find a nut elsewhere that will fit.
So I guess I"ll be returning this kit.

Clock repair made easy!
Had a outdoor clock that has a thermometer but it quit keeping the correct time. Bought this clock movement by ArtMinds and installed it with ease in a short amount of time. Now I have my garage clock with temperature back in operation. Good price, good product.

Works great. Wish the hands I needed were an option with the motor, instead of having to purchase them separately and HOPE they were the correct size.
