I purchased this 8ct. Modeling Tool Set by ArtMinds for my son's college ceramic course. Because the instructor wanted the students to have the tool set in two days, I ordered the tool set online and picked up the order the very same day. I was able to get the tool set before my son's deadline.
He now uses the tool set at school and is very happy with the tool set.
The instructor told the students to purchase a tool set across town that was expensive but he will use this tool set for five months during the college course. This tool set was inexpensive compared to others. I recommend this tool set for any students who has a ceramics class.

Pretty basic kit ,it’s a great starter kit for a beginner or a novice... It wasn’t what I was looking for that day, but I needed one item out of the set that wasn’t available individually in the store that day, so it was basically used for emergency purposes that day while trying to complete a project.

Basic Kit & It's All You Need
I bought this kit for a ceramics class I'm taking and so far it's wonderful! The only thing it's missing is a scoring tool to use when fusing pieces (coiling and such), but that's easy enough to do.

Practical and Great For Beginners
This set is exactly what you need to get started with ceramics. While the quality isn't top of the line, if you take care of your tools they'll last you quite awhile. Long enough to really figure out how to use them and what you need them to do. I bought these for a beginner's class I'm teaching and they are perfect for introducing someone to the world of clay.
