This was clearly manufactured to be used with some kind of threaded tip, which does not come with the syringes and (so far as I can find) is not sold separately either. The while front end of the syringe gets covered in product, and even if you wipe it off, the threaded sleeve at the end acts as a reservoir and lets product drip all over the place. The syringe functions just fine, and I'm sure that if it was a complete product that it would work splendidly. Might be useful for you if you give exactly zero cares for accuracy or cleanliness.

Must have for resin!
So glad I purchased these! Nearly impossible to put resin in small jars for a dollhouse potions lab without the syringe!
