Loops & Threads™ Adjustable Craft Stand is rated 3.2 out of 5 by 63.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing Glue I bought this on 3/31. Tried to assemble it, and the embedded screws were not glued in properly, so the stand cannot attach to the base. I can fix it, but no manufacturer contact information was a but disappointing. Have your wood glue ready.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Knobs strip quickly The stand itself is alright (slightly wobbly but not terrible) and I was okay with it for the price I got it for on sale. However, less than 3 months of twice-a-week use after purchasing it and both a wing nut and a knob has stripped and I expect more will soon. They are metric size 5 and for what its worth, impossible to find in my area. The knobs are $15+ to order online. Using the wing nuts on the top bar (where you put your project) is also very difficult - they would be better with knobs. Now I have a useless stand because two screws can't tighten, unless I spend money buying new knobs/wingnuts online. I thought I'd be okay with this one because I was new to cross stitching, but it barely lasted 3 months. Definitely skip this and get a better quality stand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I spend a few more dollars on a better stand I’ve seen this stand in the store for a while and finally caved and bought it. I was really excited to put it together but it’s pretty disappointing. The wood is rough and not sanded well. The joints that are supposed to pivot are single point, which is fine, but there’s nothing but pressure to keep it from moving even after you’ve tightened, so it’s pretty difficult to get it tightened in place without using pliers on the wing nuts. The two upright pieces that connect the stand to the base are just short pieces of threaded rod with some kind of glue on the threads. They feel out as soon as I picked them up so now I either need to buy new hardware or glue the pieces together and lose the ability to take the stand apart if I want to. I’m pretty disappointed in the quality. For the price the hardware should at lease be appropriate and functional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good hoop holder Not easy to put together but not too difficult. Larger print would help. Lightweight, fits different size hoops. Easily adjustable to fit to proper height. Especially helpful for those with arthritis, carpal tunnel, and other challenges that make crafting a frustration rather than a joy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from More black knobs needed, but overall effective. Overall really good product. Only complaints I have are that it really needs to have two more of the adjustable knobs. One at that center back position and another under the farthest down one. I have been able to adjust it to fit under a desk but sometimes it will slip. With the wingnut at the back, I know I have to turn my project over when I start a new piece of thread or if my thread knots up and I cant be the only one. I think it would help stabilize when you have to do that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected This stand has pretty bad reviews but I ordered it anyways because I was getting fed up with holding a 16x20 frame while trying to embroider. I placed an order for same day delivery and it was delivered to my house in less than an hour. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. It wasn’t very difficult to follow the instructions or assemble once I laid out all of the pieces and identified them according to the instructions. The screws do need to be hand tightened quite a bit and I can see how they will loosen depending on the humidity, but I have the same issues with a weaving loom so it’s something I can deal with and I don’t think it will hurt my embroidery piece. I added some padded feet so I can drag the stand across the floor without making scratches. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with this stand considering the other reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost went well Everything went so well at first. I could understand the instructions enough to put it together. I got all the way to the very last step & now I'm essentially stuck with an open clamp because the screw was defective & the wing nut is now stuck. I can't twist it back off because the screw itself keeps rotating with it & it hurts to try to hold it still. It's easy to understand how infuriating that is, especially after I spent just over 40$ on this box of wood & metal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap poor quality parts I got this quite a number of years ago and although the design is good and it's great to not have to try to hold the hoop while working on your project I found that every single one of the wing nuts were exceptionally cheap junk with the threads being stripped. Consequently there was no way to tighten them and the whole stand was wobbly and loose. I had to purchase new ones just so that I could use the stand.
