Perfect touch of glimmer
These battery operated lights are small but add a perfect touch to a room. Add to a small vase with potpourri or string them around a topiary! The best part is the built in timer. The lights will go off by themselves in 4 hours to save battery life.

Just lovely
I was looking for some lighting to add a little spark to my bedroom. These were perfect. The light is great and it only uses three AA. The wire between the balls are thin and flexible so you can create different shapes with it as well. Did I mention it have a timer (4 hours I think) as well? The timer is fantastic because it can be used as night light for children. The only potential down side is that the battery container may be a bit bulky, but I was easily able to hide it on.behind my wall shelf.

Cute Accent Lights
I purchased 2 sets of these lights in white with the intention of placing them underneath the plastic tablecloths of two 6-ft. banquet tables - so the glow would show from under the plastic. I thought they'd be perfect since: 1) they're battery operated, so no chord to hide; 2) the wire which the crackleball lights are on is very thin and would not be visible under the thin plastic tablecloths; they're really cute and can be used virtually anywhere in the future. Unfortunately, the lights were not bright enough to show/glow through the thin plastic tablecloths - at least not enough for the effect I was going for. I ended up laying the strings of lights on top of the tablecloth, scattering the strands around the base of the food tray risers, and they made the tables look awesome - especially since the wire that connects the lights is so thin and virtually invisible. We received several compliments on the table decorations. I must mention that the thinness of the wire comes with its drawback - the wire tangles incredibly easily and is a bit of a pain to detangle when you are handling them.

These lights are perfect!
These lights are on a shelf above a window and they set off a group of pictures that are on the shelf. They really add to the effect that I was looking for.

Silver Crackleball LED lights
These cute little globe lights come in a strand that is approximately 6 feet long. I used them to brighten up a trade show display, and they worked great, the battery pack lasted the entire 7+ hours with energy to spare. I like these more than I anticipated, but have only used them once. Time will tell, so only 4 stars.
