great for projects
i bought this clay for use in my senior project. it has been a LONG time since ive worked with clay. its a beautiful color and really brings my piece together. yet, i forgot how difficult it is to truly mold. it is difficult if you want to add onto an already existing wip piece but overall its good

Great clay!
This clay is so easy to work with! The colored clays definitely a little more playable than the translucent varieties, but there is a noticeable difference between sculpey III and Premo. Love using it for creating jewelry.

i recommend Sculpey III
The Sculpey III is great right out of the package. I have used other clays, and this one seems to have the right consistency without a long kneading process to condition before use. It is a very great medium to work with, and results come out great every time.

Love this clay! It’s a little softer than Sculpey Premo. Mostly that works in my favor when making earrings, but sometimes not. It just depends on what you prefer.

The Sunshine color of Sculpey III is a bit more brittle than the other colors. It bakes fine but can take a minute to be worked. I love the lighter tone compared to the regular yellow.

My go to choice for polymer clay
Im pretty new to clay and was wanting to try out various types. Overall, I landed on this clay (along with sculpey premo) being the all around best clay for me to use. Its very easy to mix them together and create new colors so the possiblities are endless with what you can create. I will say that you'll probably end up buying more if your trying to create something you havent created before (due to possibly messing up a few times), so just keep that in mind! Sculpey clay is definitely my go to choice for polymer clay now!
