Hardware is not installed level
The floating frames are nice looking but are overpriced even after using coupons. The hardware is not installed on the back level making hanging them a nightmare.

Beautiful simple frame

Plastic with Horrible Packaging
The glass is plastic. That was the first surprise. The second was the placement of stickers on the back glass that could not be removed without scratching the plastic. The third was the large, heavy staples in the frame used to attach cardboard. Stay away -- do not buy unless you are in the same position we were: Too late to get a custom mat made by Christmas.

Horribly Damaging Packaging for Expensive Frame
The frame looks nice, but the hardware on the back is covered in cardboard that has been stapled down with long furniture staples. Pulling these staples out requires pliers and ends up damaging the frame where you wonder why you paid as much money for it to begin with- please change the way you protect the hardware on the back of these, it’s significantly lowering the value of the frames.

Just Perfect
An odd shaped print fit perfect! I used a double sided photo tape to hold in place. Packaging was a bit tricky. Well protected but you have to take it slow getting cardboard staples out without scratching the frame. Otherwise very nice way to frame without getting a professional framer involved. Happy Dance!

Slightly Disappointed
Received these today, and they all have scratches not terribly noticeable, but in certain lighting, you could see them. also, I'm not sure why but they put stickers on the frames so I'm trying to navigate how I'm gonna get these off without ruining the frame Paid for delivery but will probably be returning. ugh

Packaging Problems
I really like the frame However, the packaging is atrocious! Many heavy-duty staples to keep the packaging on. So difficult to remove and left horrible gouges in the back of the frame. I will always check how the packaging is attached before buying another frame.

Cheap Frame, Very Poorly Packaged
The frame itself is fine, it’s a regular cheap frame that looks nice enough. But dealing with the packaging made it absolutely not worth the cost. It had cardboard on each corner and was then shrink wrapped, but for some reason the cardboard was stapled directly to the frame with a total of 8 massive staples. This was completely unnecessary. Additionally, the little paper insert that comes in the frame was glued to the back piece of plastic. The glue was nearly impossible to remove and left the plastic with hard to clean streaks. And why? This is a frame! It is literally designed to hold a poster without glue.
