Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful This was actually really easy to do. I started the night before by filling up the balloons using an electric balloon filler and kept them in trash bags. It’s much easier to do with two people but definitely possible with just one (I had no help). The instructions were great. I only had trouble with the clear balloons. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get the confetti to stick but it still looked great!
