Worked for my purpose
After I had my windshield replaced, I was unable to find any kind of Velcro attachment that would hold my EZPass transponder to the new windshield for more than a few days before it fell off. Taking my cue from SunPass in Florida where we lived for 40 years before moving to Northern Virginia, I decided to try suction cups. I cut off the plastic tabs holding the metal hooks on the back of two of these, glued the cups to my EZPass with Gorilla Super Glue, and have had no problems with a falling EZPass since.
