  • Creatology™ Foam Sheets
  • Green T-shirt
  • Baseball Cap
  • Felt: Dark Green, Light Green
  • Felt Package: Kelly Green
  • Green Glitter Glue
  • Poly-fil®
  • Scissors
  • Ruler
  • Pencil
  • Paintbrush
  • Craft Glue
  • Low Heat Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
  • Elastic (to attach wings to arms)

Instructions

Cut scales from felt alternating colors. The amount will change with the costume size.

Start at the bottom edge of shirt and glue scales all around.

Continue this process placing the scales between the center of the last row. Use photo as your guide.

At the half way point add the smaller scales in the center.

Continue to fill shirt eliminating the sleeves.

The back side is done just like the front.

Brush green glitter glue over surface of the center scales, let dry.

Cut foam pieces from foam sheets using patterns provided and glue onto hat as show.

Cut tail from felt, glue sides together and stuff with polyfil. Glue opening together and glue or pin to back center of shirt for tail.

Cut wings from green felt, outline with green glitter paint, let dry.

Glue wings to back center of shirt.

Glue pieces of elastic at ends of sleeves to attach to arms.
