Instructions

ABBREVIATIONS:

CH – Chain
SC – Single Crochet
DC – Double Crochet
TC – Treble Crochet
STS – Stitch(es)

Round 1: Ch 4, slip stitch together. Ch 3 (counts as dc now and rest of pattern), 11 dc in center. Join with slip stitch to top of chain 3.

Round 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around; joint with slip stitch to top of dc. (24 dc)

Round 3: Ch 3, dc in same st and in next dc, (2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc) around; join with slip stitch to first dc, finish off. (36 dc)

Round 4: Join white with slip stitch; chain one, sc in same stitch. *  sc in next dc; hdc in next two dc; dc in next dc; (dc, tc, ch 3, tc, dc) in next dc; dc in next dc, hdc in next two dc, sc in next dc. Repeat from * around. Slip stitch in sc.

Round 5: Ch 1, sc in same stitch and *sc crochet in each stitch, 3 sc in ch 3 sp. Repeat from * around. Slip stitch in sc.

Round 6: Ch 1, sc in same stitch. *Sc in each sc, 3 sc in corner sc, around. Repeat from * around. Slip stitch and fasten off.

Border:

Row 1: Attach yarn in any corner with slip stitch. Ch 1, *3 sc in corner stitch, 1 sc in each sc around. Repeat * around. Slip st in sc.

Row 2: Ch 3, 2 dc in same st. 3 dc in ea sc around. Slip st in top of ch 3.

Row 3: Ch 3, dc in same st, ch 1, skip next dc, dc in next dc. *Dc in next dc, ch 1, skip 1 dc, dc in next dc. Repeat * around. Slip stitch in top of ch 3. Finish off and weave in ends.
