Materials

  • Jerzees® T-shirt – White
  • Shoes
  • Duck Tape® Roll – Winking White and Colour of Choice
  • Duck Tape® Sheet – Midnight Madness
  • Blumenthal Lansing® Buttons – Black (5)
  • Teen Scream Sequin Fedora Hat – Black
  • Velcro® Dots
  • Aleene’s® Fast Grab™ Tacky Glue (Adult Use Only)
  • Creatology™ Felt – White
  • Scissors

Instructions

Step 1
Cut sleeves from white T-shirt.

Step 2
Cover entire shirt with Winking White Duck Tape®, with strips slightly overlapping.

Step 3
Cut “V” from shirt using photo as your guide.

Step 4
Cut “V” shape from black Duck Tape® sheet and place on white T-shirt, as shown, to create vest.

Step 5
Glue buttons down front of vest.

Step 6
Place Velcro® dot behind button on inside of shirt and on opposite side of shirt to hold closed.

 

Tie

Step 1
Place two pieces of tape together back to back to create a long strip.

Step 2
Cut out tie shape.

 

Spats

Step 1
Measure the top of the shoe you plan to use. Cut a half of an oval shape from felt that will cover the shoe.

Step 2
Cover felt shape with Winking White Duck Tape®.

Step 3
Using a roll of Winking White Duck Tape®, create a band that will go around the top of the shoe to hold on the spat.

Step 4
Attach Velcro® dot to hold together the band.
