Instructions

Step 1
Cut an 20.3cm ( 8") circle from the scrapbook paper.

Step 2
Using Mod Podge®, adhere circle to the center of the charger.

Step 3
Stencil the pattern from the laser cut scrapbook paper around the rim of the charger using Yellow Gold paint and the Spouncer™. Let dry.

Step 4
Drill a hole in the center of the charger and install the clock mechanism and hands.

Step 5
Apply Tartan Red paint around the edge of the charger and to the hands of the clock.

Step 6
Add floss to the button holes and knot.

Step 7
Add four large buttons to the 12, 3, 6 and 9 positions.

Step 8
Add red rhinestone stickers to the other number positions and one to the center of the clock hands.
