      Welcome to Wilton® Cake Decorating

      You don't have to be a chef or even experienced in the kitchen to decorate a cake, cookie, cupcake or brownie. The Wilton Method of Cake Decorating will teach you the techniques for making treats that will amaze your friends and family.

    • Course 1: Decorating Basics

      When it comes to cake decorating, this is the perfect place to start. Learn how to bake and decorate a great cake, cupcakes and cookies with icing drop flowers, rosettes, shells and much more!

    • Course 2: Flowers & Cake Design

      Build on the cake decorating skills you learned in Wilton® Course 1 with finer details, including borders and more flowers like the famous Wilton® Rose

    • Course 3: Gum Paste & Fondant

      Learn how to decorate cakes with beautiful gum paste and fondant decorations. With step-by-step techniques for creating flowers, borders and bold accents, you'll create dazzling cakes for every occasion.

    • Course 4: Advanced Gum Paste Flowers

      Learn how to make realistic-looking gum paste flowers, including Gerbera daisies, briar roses and Stargazer lilies. In this class you'll combine these flowers into custom floral sprays, perfect for any cake and occasion.

      Whether you want to learn how to knit or crochet or already know the basics and want to learn more, Craft Yarn Council's Discover Knit and Crochet class series offers something for everyone. You'll learn new skills by completing a fun and fashionable project alongside the guidance of our certified instructors.

      Knitting isn't just for sweaters these days! Knitting is a technique to discover your own unique styles in wraps, scarves, totes, gloves and so much more! You will love the detailing and colour patterning that knitting produces as each stitch comes together to create supple, drapable fabrics.

    • Paint an Acrylic Masterpiece

      Learn basic acrylic painting techniques and create your own art piece featuring landscapes, florals, seascapes, still-life paintings and portraits. No painting experience required!

      Create an acrylic painting. Along the way, you'll learn basic acrylic painting techniques, including how to hold a brush properly, how to create depth and perspective in your paintings, and how to care for your supplies.

      Take paper crafting tools out for a spin in one of our test drive classes. Learn how die cutting tools from Cricut, Sizzix and Spellbinders will enhance your scrapbooking and paper crafting designs.

      Document your life through impactful journals full of story-starters, creative clips or doodling with meaning. Our certfied paper-ED™ instructors will help you get started.
